Christmas in Texas

I think it may have been the sun but I loved seeing this number on Christmas day!!
My beautiful neice I forget how great she is and really wish I could see more of her.

Lots of cooking in the kitchen...and the dishes I don't want to talk about the dishes!

Granny is happy to see Santa!

The gifts under this beautiful tree...wow.

Trystan fell asleep next to anyone he could find and the last night the edge of the couch, so glad we had him to share Christmas with, what a great kid.

Dad looking serious, so whats new?

My beautiful sister!

Again with the gorgeous neice!

Barb and her remote she slept with it on her shirt, too funny, I do love this lady:)

Christmas

Christmas in Texas has become a tradition just like Christmas in Wichita was for me as a little girl, I remember waking up early and having toast with homemade jam and then opening the stockings where there were Lifesaver books and Baby Soft lotion I remember the smells... and then the waiting. I remember the waiting the most, the cousins lived in town and did Christmas at home first and then came to Grandma's , I got to where I hated that waiting...but then they arrived and the paper flew and there was always lots of laughter and a big feast. I hope that my boys have great memories of our Christmas's I know I do.
I was to start my vacation today but not enough time and too much to do means an hour or so in the office and then off we go, hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and I pray we all remember the reason for this holiday and just enjoy the company of our loved ones. Merry Christmas, Kimmy
